Semi-Perfect Cell

This is Cell after absorbing Android 17 and in pursuit of Android 18. He was a harder drawing to clean up but I’m really pleased with how he came out. In particular, I’m really fond of the details and cross hatching.

“I’m on the verge of becoming a god! My dear android, when will you understand that you belong to me?”
