Imperfect Cell

I’ve been on a Dragonball Z kick lately and it was requested that I draw Cell. I took it as an opportunity to draw him in all 3 forms since I have, historically, had trouble with his design. For whatever reason I could never get him to look “right” - especially his Perfect form.

This is the base form of Cell, his imperfect form before absorbing Android 17.
